About the Authors
Valeria and Rachael Edmonds are a purpose-driven mother-and-daughter duo who undertook this writing project to scale the positive intergenerational mentorship experience they have shared as adult women.
Dr. Valeria Edmonds is a retired global HR leader whose calling is ministering to other women by sharing her life lessons through mentoring, coaching, teaching, writing, and speaking. She is passionate about helping younger women thrive personally and professionally as they seek to be their best selves. As a Christian, she brings a practical and relevant perspective to how we can walk a godly life by faith, as instructed in Titus 2:3-5.
Rachael Edmonds, M.Ed., is a higher education professional who has dedicated her career to supporting students to and through their college journeys. Her passion is encouraging young people to see their own potential and pursue their dreams. She has always enjoyed learning from the experiences of the older women in her life and wants the richness of that experience to be available to others. One of Rachael’s spiritual gifts is exhortation which makes it easy for her to strengthen, comfort, and encourage those she mentors. She enjoys bringing people together to share in experiences that inspire and refresh the soul.
